System Build | Devlog


We just launched our system build. It is not a lot but it is the foundation on which Mythicism will be made. There were many things that we got done for this build some went smoothly and others resulted in roadblocks that we had to work through. Our developers each wrote a tech discussion talking about what they personally worked on but here we will give a brief overview.

- main menu to start and quit the game

- the player has health and can now do combat

- we have an enemy with simple ai

- our level has audio in the level and attached to the player

These are the features are that we consider core features and wished to build as soon as possible due to the fact that many of the more complex systems we have planned for are based on these small features. A good foundation that we can build off of is something we are striving for in the game.
